Friendly hotel in quiet location Very friendly staff, spacious bedroom and bathroom by London standards, great shower, coffee station in the lobby, lovely garden to sit in, quiet location in a sidestreet. What we didn’t like: The lift was out of order (obviously for a long time)

Classic on the outside, modern on the inside - highly recommended! The entire building has been renovated and is very clean. The rooms are beautiful and contemporary with very nice bathrooms. The beds and towels are also very good. The WiFi is stable. The location is not far from Paddington station and the immediate area is quiet and very tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again anytime. Absolutely recommended!

Clean rooms, great location, overall recommend! Our stay was terrific! They accommodated us for an early check-in, which allowed us time to freshen up before exploring the city. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected. I highly recommend booking one of the rooms that have the little desk in it; I used it as my getting-ready station, which really helped when you have a smaller space. The rooms were clean, the space you were given was maximized, and the hotel is in a great location! Two different tube stations are within a few minutes walk, some coffee/pastry shops, a few restaurants, and a pharmacy right around the corner. Clean, safe area, good location, and friendly staff! We would definitely stay here again if coming back to London 🙂

Very friendly service ... Very friendly service The service was extremely friendly, especially at the reception. I felt very comfortable during my 16-day stay. Excellent value for money Newly renovated. The room was small but very clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful. we were able to leave our large suitcase case there until check in and also all day on checking out which made a huge difference. The situation in Bayswater is perfect for getting around on the circle line and we found a couple of good coffe bars near by. Great value compared with the crazy London hotel prices at the moment. If you need a comfortable place to sleep , this is ideal.
